Do you love a warm chocolate chip cookie fresh from the oven, its gooey center melting with each bite?
Or maybe you crave the sophisticated layers of a tiramisu, with its perfect balance of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and creamy mascarpone?

One of my favorite ways of exercising is walking. I prefer walking outside but in bad weather I’ll hit the treadmill. I have several other ways I like to exercise. Variety keeps my interest!
