  • 1/4 cup cooked white rice
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 2 medium bell peppers, tops & seeds removed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese – optional

Steps –

Preheat air fryer to 350°.

In a large bowl combine ground beef, rice, tomato sauce, Worchester Sauce, Italian Seasons, onion powder and black pepper. Mix until completely combined.

Stuff beef mixture into peppers.

Carefully place bell peppers into 6” round pan, standing up so the beef mixture doesn’t spill out.
