Let’s Do This!
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, diced into 1-inch pieces
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 cup Buffalo Sauce or dipping sauce of your choice
Steps
Whisk the egg together in a shallow bowl. Place the chicken pieces in the egg and toss to coat them thoroughly.
In a large ziplock bag, mix together the flour, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Work in batches and place the chicken pieces from the egg (let any excess egg drip off) into the flour mixture. Seal the bag, leaving some air inside, and shake to thoroughly coat the chicken.
Preheat your air fryer to 370 degrees F. If your air fryer does not have a preheat option, run it for 5 minutes at 370 degrees F. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil or avocado oil.
Serve the chicken wings with your favorite dipping sauces and enjoy!
Tips and Tricks
- Storage: Refrigerate any leftover chicken in an airtight container for up to 5 days. To reheat, place the chicken back in the air fryer and cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through and crispy again.
- Customization: Feel free to adjust the spices to your liking. You can add more cayenne pepper for extra heat or try different sauces for a new flavor twist.
