Steps

Preheat air fryer to 375°F.

Place tenderized chicken breast in baking dish lightly greased with cooking spray. Place cherry tomatoes around the chicken breast.

Brush olive oil over chicken breast and tomatoes.

Mix salt and herbes de Providence together and season chicken breast and tomatoes. Herbes de Providence is a blend of herbs that typically includes rosemary, marjoram, thyme, and sage, bringing a fragrant note to the dish.
