  • 1 pd center thick cut, no bone pork chops
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp Dijon Mustard

Steps

To start, preheat your air-fryer to 400°F.

Pat pork chops dry. Mix Italian Seasoning, salt and ground pepper into a small bowl. Season pork chops with dry mixture.

Place seasoned pork chops in a disposable air fryer liner. You may have to work in batches.
