Air Fryer Taco Pie is a delicious and easy recipe that’s perfect for a quick weeknight dinner. With just a few simple ingredients, you can have a flavorful and satisfying meal in no time.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 pd lean cooked ground beef
  • 1/4 cup taco seasoning
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 cup salsa

Steps

Preheat air fryer to 320°F. Spray a 7” cake pan well with olive oil spray and set aside.

To easily crush tortilla chips, place a handful of chips into a ziplock baggie and smush with your hand.

Unroll crescent roll dough and shape into a square. Arrange dough in the bottom and on the sides of the prepared pan.

Air fry 6 minutes, then remove pan from air fryer.

In a medium bowl, mix ground beef and taco seasoning together.

Place mixture on top of cooked dough in pan.

Spread sour cream over beef mixture.

Top with tortilla chips and cheese.

Increase temperature on air fryer to 350°F. Air fry 4 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.

Serve!
