  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps

Press saute button and add oil to the Instant Pot.

Add chicken and rice. Season with salt and pepper. Let cook 5 minutes.

Pour in broth and deglaze bottom of pot.

Close lid and set pressure release to Sealing.

Press Manual or Pressure Cook button and adjust time to 10 minutes.
