Instant Pot Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 pd boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 pd fettuccine
  • 4 tbsp butter, cubed
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps

Press Saute button on Instant Pot and add oil.

Place chicken in pot and season with garlic salt and pepper. Let cook, stirring occasionally, 7 minutes.

Pour in broth and deglaze bottom of pot.

Break fettuccine in half and place in pot. Top fettuccine with butter.

Close lid and set pressure release to Sealing.
Press Manual or Pressure Cook button and adjust time to 6 minutes.
When timer beeps, quick release pressure and then unlock lid and remove it.

Pour in cream and Parmesan and mix until fully combined.
