3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 1/2 cups shredded cheese of your choice
Steps
Set Instant Post to Saute. Add beef, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook until onions are soft and meat is browned and crumbly, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard fat.
Mix in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, water, dry noodles, soy sauce and Italian seasoning. Make sure to scrape the bottom of the pot for any stuck-on food.
Close and lock the lid. Select high pressure according and set timer for 4 minutes.
When timer beeps, release pressure carefully using the quick-release method, about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid.
