Tips for Making the Perfect Air Fryer Cherry Cobbler

  • Use a 7″ cake pan to ensure that the cobbler cooks evenly.
  • Grease the pan well before pouring in the pie filling. This will prevent the cobbler from sticking.
  • Mix the dry ingredients together first before adding the melted butter and vanilla. This will ensure that the mixture forms pea-sized balls and has a crumbly texture.
  • Do not over mix the dough, or it will become tough.
  • Flatten the dough balls slightly before arranging them over the pie filling. This will ensure that they cook evenly.
  • Let the cobbler cool for at least 30 minutes before serving. This will allow the filling to set and the topping to crisp up.
